What is that thing you been wanting to do for years but have been affraind to do so? On this issue I am sharing with you my best experience this year (even that this whole year has been AMAZING!) and how I finally got over my fears and started to make my dream vacations come true. I also added a new section called Wellness. This year I had learned so much about wellness and how important it is to achieve the right state of mind before we can start any diet or workout goal in our life. Since it is fall and I love pumpkin spice I decided to make a “Pumpkin Spice Everything Please” special, were I will give you recipes including of course “pumpkin spice” yummooo!!! On the fitness section we talk about band resistance, working out outside, burpees and more.
